Welcome to the Free Mini Course

Thanks for being here. Before you start clicking through, let me explain what this is so you get the most out of it.

This mini course is a sampler. I’ve taken lessons from across my main courses and put them together in one place so you can see how I actually teach, rather than taking my word for it. Think of it as a tasting menu for everything Next Level Teacher offers.

Here’s what you’ll find inside. There are beginner lessons that cover the fundamentals and get you and your students moving with confidence. There are competition lessons that show you what it takes to prepare a team properly. And there are a few of the fun, high-energy builds that students love, including a sumo battle, a drag race, and an AI lesson that gives you a glimpse of where robotics is going next.

Each of these is pulled from a bigger course. Robotics Beginner is the place to start if you or your students are new to all this. Competition Ready is built for coaches who want to take a team further and do well at events. As you work through the lessons here, you’ll get a clear sense of which course suits where you are right now.

So take your time, try the builds, and see what clicks. Everything in this mini course is a genuine slice of the real thing, so what you experience here is exactly the kind of teaching you’ll get inside the full programs.

Data

School reporting data has been analysed, verifying the impact of the Robotics and Coding Program on students. As illustrated in the graph below, improved relative gains are evident across Mathematics, Science and Technology.

The percentage of the same students receiving an A on end of semester reporting from 2017 to 2018 also notably improved: 

  • Mathematics- 18% improvement
  • Technology- 17% improvement
  • Science- 9% improvement
